I absolutely adore a mug of steaming hot chocolate on a cold winter day. Especially when snow is slowly drifting down, creating a peaceful, gray-toned, soothing scene I love to read and relax in front of the fire with hot chocolate by my side. In the past I have also found that hot chocolate is a wonderful tool for warming up more quickly when coming in from the cold on a blustery day. Fingers frozen to the bone regain their feeling much more quickly when wrapped around a piping hot mug of heavenly hot chocolate.What is your favorite winter treat? When do you enjoy it the most?

My favorite treat in the winter is also hot chocolate. I like my hot chocolate when I come inside my house. Especially after I have been outside for at least an hour. I like my hot chocolate with ice cream and sometimes whipped cream. But I don't like them at the same time. That is my favorite treat in the winter.

My favorite winter treat is jax-wax. I like it because I get to use winter to its full advantage because all you have to do is get a bowl, go outside, scoop up some snow and then pour some syrup on. It makes a great winter treat whenever, as long as there is enough snow on the ground and its not dirty or yellow (ewwww).

After a long day out in the cold, I enjoy coming inside and brewing a nice warm cup of coco. Then I take a little sip to test if it is too hot, and if it is too hot my tongue gets burnt and it’s not fun! Also my nose becomes frost-bit outside but when I take a sip of my hot chocolate it melts instantly by the steam. My favorite party of hot chocolate is when you take the first couple sips you can taste the rich chocolate at the surface. I also like it with a little dollop of whip cream. Coco warms me instantly and makes winter that much better.

Its has everything and as Christmas gets closers the bowl starts to decrease in the amount of chocolate. But she always replenishes it. And quickly. I also like tea…. Mostly black lemony tea. Its great to have at night when your watching your favorite Christmas classics. I don’t really have a specific time for eating these treats mostly just whenever I have a craving. Or after dinner or homework. I love this time of the year.

There are many wonderful treats involved in the winter season, however my favorite would have to be Egg Nog. Egg Nog might not be warm like hot chocolate, but I have many memories of scolding my tounge on too hot hot chocolate. In my opinoin, I beleive Egg nog is the perfect holiday drink, its creamy texture and ultra-sweet taste make it great for hudaling around a fire. My favorite time to drink egg nog is when I'm about to go to sleep and i'm really tired, it just puts the final nail in the coffin. I love egg nog!

I enjoy this the most because of the taste and the way it makes me fell happy inside. I think it is also good when there is whip cream on the top of it so if you put those all together it turns out to be great. I think that you (who ever is reading this) should try it.

My favorite treat in the winter is the cookies we make around Christmas. Since their homemade they taste better than other one you can buy. I also like frosting them because it fun to throw it at people and try to get your cookie to stick to wall.

I too enjoy hot chocolate, especially with with a lot of wipped cream on the top. I love to come in from sledding, or a long walk home from school, or anything like that really, and making myself a nice warm cup of hot coco. One place I always get hot chocolate is at TJ's Resturaunt. I remember when I was in fifth grade,and I was playing in the league at the gym. At the time we were in first place in the gyms Fenimore Tournament, and some of us went to TJ's for a quick lunch. I specifically remember getting hot chocolate and loving it, and then going and winning the 1st place! I don't really think they’re connected at all, but for some reason ever since then hot chocolate makes me think of two things. 1. the Fenimore Tournament and 2. TJ's! Anyway, I deffinately love hot chocolate, and that is my favorite winter treat!

My favorite winter treat is challah bread which I get to eat once a year, Christmas morning. This is when I enjoy it most because it is the only time I get to have it plus it is a wonderful time to have it. Even though challah bread is a traditional jewish bread we have it as our breakfast on Christmas anyway, with our best jams and butter. It takes all day to make but it is definitely worth that because when it is all warm, the crust is crispy and you have a little bit of butter and raspberry jam on it, it is an experience you just can't forget. Even now a year later I have it clearly in my mind. If the warm bread warming up your face and body and the sweet kick of the jam isn't good enough, the fact that it is Christmas and a big mug of bitter-sweet hot cocoa with marshmallows that comes with it just makes it even more delightful.

My favorite winter treat is peppermint bark. Peppermint bark is my favorite treat because it is kind of a once – a – year thing. I enjoy peppermint bark around Christmas time because I usually make some for Christmas gifts, and I eat the leftovers! I have two favorite winter treats. My first favorite winter treat is freshly iced holiday cookies(especially sugar cookies and gingerbread men). It is not just the cookies I like because what I really enjoy is making them. Every year, my siblings and I have a tradition of dedicating one whole day into baking cookies, frosting cookes, and making gingerbread houses. We spend alot of time decorating the gingerbread men because we like to base them after real people or cartoon characters. We even made a Rodoulph cookie every year. I am not sure of when I like to eat the cookies though. My other favorite treat is also hot chocolate. I like to drink right after I come inside from playing in the snow.
